Dan cultivates formidable energy from his motivation to share the benefits of mindfulness and meditation. Dan is a psychotherapist, Emotional Intelligence Lead and Tibetan Buddhist. He has travelled extensively, learning and harnessing his skills along the way. Dan’s mission is to share, educate and empower people to find peace and clarity within themselves.
Working with individuals and businesses alike, Dan has built a client base across the globe. His journey began from his own personal experience with chronic depression and acute anxiety disorder, so his work over the past decade culminates in helping others manage their own mental health journey. He is candid and honest, refreshingly open and really establishes a deep connection with those he works with.
Energy work and healing are at the root of Dan’s practice and he is testament to his own success.
When a person comes to awareness and works with their own energy, anything can happen and Dan epitomises this through mastery of mindfulness and meditation.

Dan Ireland is the founder of Awareful, a mindfulness and meditation service that’s based in Jersey, UK, Europe and Australia. Awareful’s mission is to help raise awareness that mental health is as important as physical health. The team is made up of accredited mindfulness/meditation teachers, mental health coaches, psychotherapists and yoga teachers, offering a broad spectrum of services and support. Awareful stems from the studies and expertise that feature the inner workings of the mind, as well as evidence-based practice of western mindfulness, human givens and emotional intelligence, helping bring a more rounded mental health experience for their 7000+ clients.
