Luke devotes himself to sharing his energy and using his strength of character to help build people up. He’s a kind soul with a powerful masculine energy; a warm-hearted gentleman who invests all of himself in his work. Manifesting positive intentions from such a force enables Luke to bring great change to his clients’ lives. 

As a founding collaborator through Awareful, Luke brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. With a decade of work and learning behind him, Luke started his journey from personal experience and flows from a place of empathy and genuine tenderness, which from a guy of his stature can feel like being scooped up and held safe.

Luke works with people who are being released from prison, bringing them a perspective to look forward with reassurance and real tools of support and stability. Knowing how to share and teach skills and techniques is something that Luke manages with ease - he’s a natural-born people person and his friendly character is one that people are certainly drawn to.

With his qualifications from the British School of Meditation and his Mindfulness Instructors accreditation, Luke teaches popular beginners’ courses well as 1-2-1 client sessions. Making things easy to understand, using straightforward techniques and daily practices to enable people to make big, bold changes.
